Before completing this transaction, please ensure you have submitted a completed Puppy Adoption Agreement, found at this link. Puppies are adorable, especially our puppies. Adopting a puppy is a lifetime commitment, for the life of the dog. This pet will provide you with unconditional love for his/ her entire lifetime. By adopting our puppy, you are committing to provide all the affection, behavior training/correction, nutrition, and health care she will require for the entirety of his/her life span.

All Puppy Holding Fees (sometimes called “Deposits) are refundable up to the 5th week of your puppy’s birthday, no questions asked, less a $150 administrative fee. Please allow up to 30 days for your refund request to be processed.

FREE ground delivery is available after Adoption Fee is paid in full, up to 750 miles from Clark, WY 82435

*Ground/Air Transportation is available beyond the 750 free miles (one way).

*The delivery cost, beyond 750 free miles and up to 1,500 miles is $750. Delivery beyond 1,500 miles is $1 for each additional mile.

Delivery options beyond 750 miles, at Breeder’s discretion:

A) Continental United States flight with the required flight-approved travel crate via American Airlines, only (if we opt for the flighted delivery, plus $150 convenience fee, only if puppy departure gate arrival must be before 10 am);

Or

B) Continued ground transportation beyond the first 750 miles (one-way). In addition to the $750 fee cost for transportation beyond the 750 miles free, additional milage is billed at $1 per additional mile. Payment for all Travel Related expenses (if any) is due prior to the puppy leaving Clark, WY.

Option a or option b is a decision we leave to our discretion (based on weather, especially temperatures, the final destination for every puppy from that litter, and our personal busy schedule), but as early as reasonably possible and no later than age 12 weeks old (unless your puppy is remaining with Breeder for additional training)

Submission of this Holding Fee (sometimes called “Deposits”) Payment affirms buyer has thoroughly read our Happy Tails Lifetime Genetic Health Guarantee & Adoption Agreement and submitted a signed copy of the agreement with this deposit payment (via email to: [email protected]).

Before placing your deposit, learn the difference between Full AKC Registration and Limited AKC Registration at this link. Then indicate which of the following two registration options will meet your needs:

A) This $500 payment is for your Puppy Adoption Holding Fees (sometimes called “Deposits”) only. The remaining Puppy Adoption Balance for Limited Fe/male AKC Registration, after Deposit, is a $1,000 Good Faith Installment once a puppy has been assigned to you and a final $2,250.00 is due prior to the buyer gaining possession of the puppy. Balance payable by Paypal, Cashier’s Check/USPS Money Order/Bank Wire/Cash. All non-cash payments must clear our bank 48 hours prior to the release of the puppy.

B) This $500 payment is for your Puppy Adoption Holding Fees (sometimes called “Deposits”) only. The remaining Puppy Adoption Balance for Full AKC Registration, after Deposit, is $1,000 Good Faith Installment once a puppy has been assigned to you and a final $2,750.00 is due prior to the buyer gaining possession of the puppy. Balance payable by Paypal, Cashier’s Check/USPS Money Order/Bank Wire/Cash. All non-cash payments must clear our bank 48 hours prior to the release of the puppy.

Puppy must be a minimum of 8 weeks + 4 days old before being claimed by the Buyer. Buyer agrees to claim the puppy, with payment in full, on or before the puppy’s 10-week-old birth date (unless prior arrangements are made before this age mile stone). After this puppy is 10 weeks old, Puppy’s room and the board can continue, with pre-arranged notice from Buyer to Breeder @ an additional cost of $25 per day. The adoption Fee, Room and board fee must be paid in full before puppy is released to Buyer.

* Puppy Placement is determined by Temperament Evaluation completed when litter is approx. 7 weeks old. To learn more about this, click HERE. Based on indicators from that exercise, we place puppies with a matching puppy parent.

During our “Puppy Play Date” we introduce each puppy to its new pet parents. We host “Puppy Play Dates” when the litter is 7 weeks old. Everyone with a confirmation email, that a puppy from this litter is reserved for them, will be invited and allowed to bring one additional guest. To guard against dreaded contagious puppy diseases, please bring a pair of shoe covers for this event.

If puppy is remaining with breeder for additional training, the full balance of the puppy’s adoption fee, all training costs and delivery costs (if delivery is outside our free 750 mile range), are due when the puppy is 8 weeks plus 4 days old. The final balance will be requested in an emailed invoice.
